Shipping within Morocco

International shipping
We ship to France, Belgium, Spain, the UK and other destinations on request. International delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on destination and shipping method. A tracking number is provided as soon as your parcel ships.
Packaging built for musical instruments
Every instrument is protected in its case (included), then packed inside a reinforced box with cushioning suited to its fragility (foam, bubble wrap, corner reinforcements). Stringed instruments have their strings slightly loosened before shipping to reduce transit tension.
Customs duties and taxes for international orders
For shipments outside Morocco, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on destination country regulations; these fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.
